Job's Requirement
QUALIFICATION
1. Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering Technology (Process), Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Pharmaceutical Technology and related field
2. Skills Required for the position : Microsoft Excel, Office, Problem Solving and Supervisory Experience.
3. Attention to detail and documentation
4. Ability to follow procedures strictly
5. Communication skills for team and regulatory interaction
6. Problem-solving in batch process deviations or quality issues
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To organize and ensure the manufacturing activities/productions are carried out according to Good Manufacturing Practices and always comply to the products specification as well as safety requirements.
2. To ensure production targets are achieved through high and efficient productivity process. Thus, ensuring timely delivery of finished goods to meet customer satisfaction.
3. To report, review and analyze production records/reports and to resolve manufacturing problem timely with minimum delay and costs (whenever arises).
4. To ensure, prepare and update all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and to prepare new procedures/instructions when need arise.
5. To ensure documents related to Change Control, Deviation and others in respective section is completed.
6. Responsibility to attend training programmes as instructed and arranged by the company.
7. Responsibility to comply to all standards, regulations and practices related to the company such as internal SOPs, cGMP, ISO Standards published by the International Organization for Standardization, Medical Device Regulations, Halal Pharmaceutical Standard MS2424, Halal Medical Device Standard MS2636 and other industry-specific manuals and protocols in daily operations.
