Summary Job Description:
To carry out duties effectively with specific detailed instructions from the superior and management personnel
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to handle incoming and outgoing calls effectively and channel to the right person by proper recording of incoming & outgoing messages
2. Responsible to carry out the receptionist & telephonist duties
3. Responsible to verify & acknowledged courier documents & proper filling
4. Sort & routes mails
5. To attend to administrative paperwork
6. Responsible to update reference material including stamps, envelopes & courier services documentation
7. To undertake any other tasks as and may be directed by the superior from time to time.
Requirements/Skills required:
1. Candidate must possess Diploma in related field
2. Preferably 1 year or more working experience within a similar role
3. Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision
4. Ability to work as part of a team
