Job's Requirement
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To lead Purified Water system operation well and perform maintenance in Production Machineries & Equipment, Water Production, Pure Steam Generator (PSG) equipment.
• To ensure the smooth operation of Purified Water, PSG, Mixing, Filling and Packing processes by monitor and maintaining the purified water system at all time.
• Monitor and to ensure all equipment and machine at production are very well maintains and running condition at all time.
• Monitor and to assist the technical supplier during major or minor maintenance or repairs.
• To ensure all production equipment have SOPs and strictly followed. Revised if necessary.
• To ensure the smooth operation of production with minimum downtime and solution for the corrections.
• To ensure all vendors, suppliers are strictly following the Ain Medicare procedure as when they are in the company premises.
• To prepare preventive maintenance schedule for purified water system and production machineries & equipment
QUALIFICATION
1. Diploma/Professional Certificate in Engineering or equivalent
2. 1-3 years experience in related field
3. Knowledge of water purification processes
4. Machine repair and overhaul
5. Ability to read technical drawings and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
6. Basic computer literacy
7. Good communication and teamwork skills
8. Willingness to work in shifts
9. Preventive Maintenance
10. Troubleshoot
